Senior Research Leadership Position

This role is a leadership position in our research team. Investor Relations is the fastest growing financial markets field.

  • Lead a team of analysts in fundamental and financial analysis on public limited companies.
  • Train analysts on fundamental and Financial analysis of client companies, peers, and industry sectors.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in investor relations/finance/equity markets.
  • CA/CFA and/or MBA from a reputed B school preferred.
  • Equity research experience preferred – from sell side/buy side, private equity, investment banking etc.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of analysts to conduct fundamental and financial analysis. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills. Ensure quality of work meets high standards.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven track record of success in investor relations/finance/equity markets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
