As a Façade Access Consultant/Engineer, you will play a key role in integrating façade access systems into complex projects worldwide.

The successful candidate will possess experience with façade access systems, either in consultancy or contractor roles, and have a strong understanding of their performance, operation, engineering standards, practices, regulations, and legislation.

Responsibilities will include collaborating with the design team to develop optimal façade access solutions that balance cost, aesthetics, and functionality while ensuring best health and safety practices.

A detailed job description includes:

  • Collaborating with the design team to integrate façade access systems into projects.
  • Designing façade access solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Creating façade access strategy reports at key design stages.
  • Developing Employer's Requirements Documentation and System Specifications for façade access and façade replacement systems.
  • Reviewing contractor drawings and inspecting construction sites to ensure compliance with specifications, design intent, and relevant legislation.
  • Managing multiple façade access consulting projects simultaneously and working directly with clients.

Key qualifications include:

  • Experience with façade access systems, either in consultancy or contractor roles.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of façade access systems, their performance, operation, engineering standards, practices, regulations, and legislation.
  • An enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a relevant academic background.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit and 3D design software.
