Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the IAM Continuous Improvements initiative, focusing on data quality, operational risk reduction, and automation.

The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and test business/technical requirements, promoting Logical Access Security Standards in accordance with established procedures.

Main Accountabilities include:

  • Designing and executing comprehensive test cases for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Ensuring that products and services meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and end-user expectations
  • Liaising with project teams, including Development, Business Analysis, BAU, Product Owners, etc.
  • Providing regular updates at daily stand-ups and functional calls
  • Recording accurate test results in JIRA and capturing evidence
  • Staying up-to-date with industry knowledge and sharing learnings with team members

Key Skills and Qualifications include:

  • A strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management suites or other access provisioning tools
  • Familiarity with computing platforms, operating systems, and databases, including Windows, UNIX, Azure, CyberArk, Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL), Mainframe, Lotus Notes, SAP, and Active Directory user access administration protocols
  • Knowledge of Java programming and SQL
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and escalate issues as required
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
