Job Overview

The Identity Governance and Administration position is responsible for onboarding applications, collaborating with application owners, and coordinating testing and validation of custom development required by app teams for integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard applications, interacting with application owners to understand their systems and explain integration processes.
  • Coordinate testing and validation of custom development required by app teams for integration.
  • Work with internal engineers to build integrations according to governance best practices and application requirements.
  • Assist app teams in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintain accurate statuses for onboarded applications.
  • Coordinate with multiple application teams simultaneously.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 7-9 years of experience as part of IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst.
  • Updated Identity Mapping and configured Source and target applications for attributes.
  • Experience in developing custom workflow for LCM/JLM Provisioning.
  • Administrating, implementing and supporting SailPoint-based Identity and Access Management Solutions.
  • Experience on Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) analysis and implementation.
  • Launching certification campaigns and following up on remediation processes.
  • Developed or worked with forms, Identity Triggers, quick links, Rules, Email templates.
  • Created custom reports and rules like Build Map, Correlation, Identity Creation, Default password assignment.
  • Worked on Life Cycle Management, including Joiner, Leaver, and Manager Transfer events.
  • Onboarded various applications into the IGA system.
  • Sailpoint IdentityNow certification.
