Job Title: Senior Data Governance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned data governance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data management principles and practices, with a strong focus on ensuring the quality, security, and integrity of our data assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Architecture and Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data architectures that meet business needs and ensure data consistency across systems.
  • Data Quality and Governance: Develop and maintain data quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and reliable data.
  • Data Security: Implement robust data security measures to protect sensitive information and prevent data breaches.
  • Metadata Management: Establish and maintain metadata repositories to support data discovery, cataloging, and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster collaborative relationships with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide guidance on data management best practices.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in data governance, data architecture, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of data management concepts, data modeling, and data warehousing. Proficiency in data governance tools and technologies.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
