Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.

- Develop, implement, and monitor operational systems and processes, analyzing key metrics to drive efficiency.

- Train and supervise admin executives and housekeeping personnel, allocating responsibilities accordingly.

- Oversee day-to-day office administrative activities, ensuring compliance with statutory liabilities and timely renewal of licenses and other government compliances.

- Work closely with HR and Finance departments to develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures for streamlined operations.

- Manage contracts and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease agreements.

- Monitor inventory of office supplies, purchasing new material within budgetary constraints.

- Support and assist management in planning and budgeting, arranging facilities for events.

- Utilize computer skills for drafting emails, reports, and Excel files.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively and make informed decisions based on guidelines.

- Strong time management and prioritization skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and good working knowledge of Windows.

- Familiarity with office administration compliances, including drafting rental agreements and property tax.
