We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our senior-level managers. This pivotal role requires exceptional organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to act independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for executives, employees, clients, and external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordinate executives' schedules and arrange meetings
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Process expense reports and maintain accurate records
  • Supervise and guide other clerical staff
  • Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies
  • Prepare and format information for internal and external communication
  • Take minutes during meetings and maintain accurate records
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office applications
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with office equipment and software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • PA diploma or certification is an asset
