Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide project administrative support to project teams, including minute-taking, arranging meeting rooms, and ensuring project deliverables are met.
  • Liaise with internal and external clients to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Manage project budgets and expenditures, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Compile and update project lists for stakeholders, ensuring that all relevant information is up-to-date.
  • Prepare resource utilization reports and assist with the allocation of project resources as needed.
  • Assist with project planning and maintaining project calendars.
  • Perform other related project administration activities as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant project management qualification or certification preferred.
  • Solid project administration and coordination experience, preferably within a technology services environment.
  • Solid client engagement experience, preferably.
