Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead balanced projects from both strategic and core natured projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
  • Execute medium complexity projects under the guidance of the Associate Project Manager.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define work breakdown structures for small projects.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative functions to ensure project sustainability and success.
  • Manage, control, and coordinate project teams, schedules, and implementation.
  • Run or assist with work streams or tasks for larger projects led by senior team members.
  • Build collaborative working relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Track progress of project tasks, ensuring adherence to established reporting processes.
  • Drive a sense of urgency toward project deliverables and milestones.

Qualifications & Characteristics:

  • Master's degree in human resources management or a related field.
  • Overall HR domain experience of 3 years in Human Resource Department with preferred experience within Project Management.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
