Key Banking Role:

    The Vice President, responsible for delivering insightful cost management information to partners, will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive accurate forecasting and the cost agenda.

    Main responsibilities include supporting CFO, COO, HR Heads in relation to Cost performance management of Banking businesses, managing cost headcount, articulating performance with non-financial KPIs, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of performance management reporting.

    The role involves driving the successful delivery of the business 5-year Corporate Plan, clearly defining the cost strategy and financial modelling, and challenging business on incremental cost asks. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve outcomes set out in our Conduct Principles.

    Key skills required for this position include effective communication, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities. A strong understanding of finance, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement is essential. Furthermore, the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and present findings effectively is crucial.
