Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Brand Manager to join our fast-paced team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent results in brand development, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

About the Role:

The Assistant Brand Manager will focus on five core areas: selection, demand generation, catalogue quality, business advice, and availability. To succeed in this role, you must have strong analytical skills, be action-oriented, and have a proven track record of taking ownership and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with internal colleagues and groups, as well as external partners and vendors, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Your ability to communicate effectively and think strategically will be essential in achieving business objectives.

Besides that, we are looking for someone who has experience in financial analysis, retail buying, product/project management, marketing, business development, consulting, negotiation or supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selecting and building relationships with key brands to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Generating demand through effective marketing and sales efforts.
  • Providing business advice to help brands leverage Amazon's tools and programs.
  • Maintaining availability of products and ensuring they meet customer expectations.
  • Improving catalogue quality by working with brands to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.
