Job Opportunity: Lead Brand Manager

Overview:

Seeking an accomplished marketing professional to lead our team of Brand Managers in driving exceptional results for key clients. As a strategic leader, you will shape brand direction, grow accounts, and ensure every campaign delivers measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of Brand Managers across multiple mandates.
  • Develop efficient workload delegation strategies and train team members on industry trends.
  • Oversee PnL management, revenue targets, forecasting, and cost control for client accounts.
  • Identify business growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Provide strategic brand leadership through ideation, campaign planning, and problem-solving.
  • Deliver effective research-backed creative briefs.
  • Negotiate with vendors, partners, and clients to deliver value.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of marketing experience with agency background.
  • Proven track record managing PnL for multiple large-scale clients.
  • Hands-on experience across campaign types.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Graduate or diploma in Mass Media, Marketing, or Advertising (digital certifications a plus).
