Job Title: Technology Support Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our users.

Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating software and hardware to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows and MacOS applications, networking problems, and other hardware and software issues.
  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software problems in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain and update software and hardware to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Provide technical support and training to users on the use of new software and hardware.
  • Analyze and implement solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
Requirements
  • Proficient technical support skills with laptop hardware (Windows 10, macOS) and Android devices.
  • Experience with Freshservice and Manage Engine Desktop Central.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to effectively diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
