Visual Content & Social Media Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Content & Social Media Associate to join our core content and marketing team. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating engaging video content, graphics, and social media posts that fuel our growth.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in content creation, video editing, or digital marketing. Strong command of video editing tools, proficiency in design software, and a solid understanding of social media trends are essential. Bonus points for SEO knowledge and basic analytics skills.

  • Video Content Creation: Record and edit high-quality videos, podcasts, and interviews, ensuring consistency across platforms.
  • Graphics & Visuals: Design captivating graphics, creatives, and featured images for our website and articles, maintaining brand consistency.
  • Social Media & Marketing: Manage and schedule posts across multiple channels, experimenting with new formats to boost engagement.
  • SEO & Growth: Conduct keyword research, optimize video titles and captions, and improve website content reach.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, VN, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Canva/Photoshop (or similar) for design
  • Experience in recording and editing podcasts/interviews
  • Solid understanding of social media trends and content marketing
