Role Description

We're looking for a Content Specialist who can blend creativity with strategy to deliver content that not only engages but converts. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Specialist located in Gurugram. The Content Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing content strategies, writing and editing web content, and ensuring effective content management. You'll work closely with our SEO experts, designers, and marketing strategists to create cohesive, impactful campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy:
    Develop and implement data-driven content strategies for websites, blogs, social media, and campaigns.
  • Content Creation:
    Write, edit, and proofread high-quality web content, blogs, landing pages, newsletters, and other digital assets.
  • Brand Voice Management:
    Ensure every piece of content is consistent with the client's tone, style, and goals.
  • SEO Alignment:
    Create SEO-friendly content based on keyword research, search intent, and user behavior.
  • Content Management:
    Work within CMS platforms to publish, organize, and update content effectively.
  • Collaboration:
    Partner with designers, marketers, and developers to create integrated and visually engaging content.
  • Performance Optimization:
    Track content performance, analyze results, and refine strategies for better engagement and conversions.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:
    Minimum 4+ years in web content writing, content strategy, and content management.
  • Technical Know-How:
    Proficiency with Content Management Systems (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.) and basic SEO best practices.
  • Communication Skills:
    Exceptional command over written and verbal English.
  • Creativity:
    Ability to produce fresh, engaging, and conversion-driven content.
  • Educational Background:
    Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Industry Experience:
    Prior work in a digital marketing agency or content-focused role is a big plus.
  • Organizational Skills:
    Ability to handle multiple projects without compromising quality or deadlines.
