Scientific Content Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Scientific Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for developing and reviewing scientific materials across various therapeutic areas.

  • This includes conducting comprehensive secondary research using databases such as PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library.
  • You will analyze and interpret clinical scientific data to extract actionable insights.
  • Staying updated on medical and regulatory trends across OTC and Rx domains is also an essential part of this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review scientific materials across multiple formats, including literature reviews, manuscripts, abstracts, posters, slide decks, white papers, and guideline summaries.
  • Evaluate the accuracy, clarity, and compliance of scientific content with global guidelines, ICMJE, and CONSORT.
  • Verify references to ensure plagiarism-free, factual content.
  • Maintain templates and styles aligned with industry standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical scientific writing or related field (MBBS, BDS, PhD, or Master's in Pharmacy).
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceuticals, OTC, and consumer healthcare.
  • Expertise in scientific terminology, clinical studies, and evidence synthesis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online research tools.
