We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our digital presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing engaging digital content, including social media creatives, videos, and User-Generated Content (UGC). This role requires strong conceptualization, creativity, and project management skills to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation
    • Design and create engaging social media posts, banners, and other visual content
    • Plan, shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos and stories
    • Curate, edit, and publish UGC from influencers or customers
  • Social Media Management
    • Develop and execute monthly content calendars for social media platforms
    • Manage daily posting, audience interaction, direct messages, and community growth
    • Maintain engagement metrics and adapt strategy accordingly
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns
    • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube
    • Set up audience targeting, A/B testing, and optimize campaigns for ROI
    • Track and report performance using analytics tools
  • Website SEO Support
    • Collaborate with the website team to upload banners, blogs, and product updates
    • Contribute to SEO efforts, keywords, meta tags, and on-page content optimization
    • Analyze user behavior and suggest improvements
