Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management & Growth

  • Create and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Design engaging posts, reels, and stories in line with trending social media aesthetics.
  • Engage with followers, respond to DMs and comments, and build an active community.
  • Collaborate with content creators and influencers for UGC (User-Generated Content).

2. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring high ROI and low CAC.
  • Manage influencer collaborations, affiliate marketing, and PR strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ads, landing pages, and content strategies.

3. SEO & Content Marketing

  • Optimize website and product pages for SEO and organic search traffic.
  • Write and manage blog content, email campaigns, and newsletters.
  • Track website analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and optimize content accordingly.

4. E-commerce & Marketplace Management

  • Monitor and improve conversion rates on Shopify website
  • Coordinate with designers and developers for website enhancements.
  • Manage online marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, or Nykaa (if applicable).
