We are seeking an exceptional sales professional to join our team at Greatest Of All Treats. As a seasoned sales associate, you will be responsible for driving growth and success in our business.
About the RoleAs a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in building relationships with customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your mission will be to educate and inspire customers about our premium treats, crafting memorable experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
You will work closely with our production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and top-notch service. Collaboration with our marketing team will also be essential in developing sales collateral that showcases the uniqueness of our offerings.
Duties and Responsibilities- Becoming the go-to expert on all things G.O.A.T., guiding clients through our treat collection and providing exceptional customer service.
- Growing the B2B sales segment by fostering strategic partnerships with cafes, restaurants, and other potential collaborators.
- Crafting and executing plans to dominate the premium gifting segment, especially in wedding gifting, ensuring our treats are not just gifts but memorable experiences.
- Understanding post-sale is a significant part of the journey, addressing and resolving customer concerns promptly, and conducting post-sale audits and overseeing customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Training store personnel to embody our brand, attending industry events, building influential networks, and establishing a brand presence.
- Working seamlessly with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in F&B sales.
- Charming communication skills, engaging, captivating, and leaving a lasting impression.
- Natural knack for making friends and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and analyzing sales data.
- A willingness to wear multiple hats and take on diverse roles in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
