Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

The UX Designer will work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to deliver interfaces that engage and convert customers. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering responsive web and mobile interfaces using Figma or Sketch Adobe XD, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that align with product goals, running user research and usability testing to validate design decisions, building and maintaining design systems, style guides, and UI libraries for consistent branding, collaborating with engineers to ensure designs are implemented pixel perfect, and optimizing designs for conversion, accessibility, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver responsive web and mobile interfaces using Figma or Sketch Adobe XD.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that align with product goals.
  • Run user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI libraries for consistent branding.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented pixel perfect.
  • Optimize designs for conversion, accessibility, and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or Interaction Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing mobile apps, web apps, and responsive websites.
  • Expertise in Figma with knowledge of prototyping tools InVision Marvel etc.
  • Understanding of user-centered design, typography, color theory, and accessibility.
  • Experience with design systems and component-based workflows.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with front-end technologies HTML CSS React basics.
  • Experience designing for B2B SaaS or consumer tech products.
  • Knowledge of motion interaction design and micro-animations.
