Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Modeler and Design Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality digital 3D models from design intent while ensuring excellence in defining, producing, and tuning volumes.

  • Work closely with designers and industrial design managers to understand project requirements, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Create detailed digital 3D models that meet Class-A and production standards, adhering to Alias business standards.
  • Participate in design and engineering convergence activities to implement technical inputs and maintain 3D data quality.
  • Benchmark competitor vehicles to propose robust solutions and ensure that physical mock-ups respect digital models.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in automobile styling related development, preferably with 1-2 vehicle project development experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Transportation Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Excellent proficiency in 3D modeling software, specifically Alias, and the automotive design and development process.
  • Fluent English communication skills and strong teamwork abilities.

Note

  • Professional ability: excellent 3D volume design ability in 3D modelling software, familiar with automotive design and development process, and proficient in the usage of Alias and other 3D design software to create concepts and productions surfaces.
