We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Identity Specialist to join our team. As a creative and enthusiastic professional, you will play a vital role in shaping the visual identity of our children's food brand.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will design and produce innovative assets for product packaging, promotional materials, social media, and presentations. With a keen understanding of brand communication for children and parents, you will develop and adapt assets for digital and print platforms while maintaining visual and branding consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging and child-friendly designs that appeal to both children and parents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and compelling content for various campaigns
  • Evaluate and ensure all packaging and marketing designs comply with regulatory standards relevant to food products for children
  • Manage multiple design projects and coordinate deadlines effectively
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a graphic designer (FMCG or food sector experience is highly preferred)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing product packaging, branding, and campaign work
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for food packaging and children's products is a plus
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW); animation and video editing
  • Understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and child-friendly design principles
