Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Distribution Support Consultant.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support and maintenance services for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems across our global customer base.

  • You will provide first- and second-line support to customers and ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Liaise with internal teams/external suppliers to communicate issues and ensure application fixes meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
  • Take a proactive approach to problem management to minimize the occurrence and business impact of recurring incidents.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Oracle JD Edwards implementation or support, specifically within core Distribution modules: Inventory, Sales, Advanced Pricing, and Procurement.

Desirable skills include:

  • Broad knowledge of additional functional areas such as Finance, Manufacturing, Service Management, or Contract Billing.
  • Hands-on experience with JD Edwards versions up to and including EnterpriseOne 9.2.
  • JD Edwards World Software experience is beneficial.
