The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with existing distributors, originating and managing high net worth individual (HNI) and ultra high net worth individual (UHNI) relationships, and identifying new distribution partners to increase our market footprint.
About the Role- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute channel and territory growth strategies.
- Conduct structured partner training and enablement sessions to strengthen product knowledge and sales outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver campaigns, events, and thought-leadership initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates to refine sales strategies.
- Ensure disciplined asset under management (AUM) forecasting, pipeline management, and compliance in every engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Strong network of relationships within the wealth management industry.
- At least 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or distribution within PMS, AIF, or wealth management.
- Minimum 4 years of direct PMS/AIF/HNI origination experience.
- Demonstrated track record of raising AUM from HNIs, family offices, RIAs, or private banks.
- Be part of a dynamic team driving growth and innovation in the wealth management industry.
