Business Development Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Expert with a proven track record in IT services and marketing solutions sales. This role involves engaging with qualified leads, understanding their requirements, pitching tailored solutions, and closing deals for our range of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with warm/qualified leads to discuss business opportunities.
  • Conduct client meetings (virtual/onsite) to understand requirements and propose customized solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals, pricing, and service agreements.
  • Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close sales to achieve targets.
  • Work closely with the delivery/operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and transition.
  • Maintain updated sales pipeline, proposals, and closing status in CRM software.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 23 years of experience in B2B sales/business development in IT services, digital marketing, or SaaS/technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of marketing services and software/IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, business-focused way.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and client-focused approach.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in agency sales/IT services sales/SaaS or software sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Network in industries like e-commerce, healthcare, education, or startups.
