BIM to GIS Integration Specialist

Job Overview:

The BIM to GIS Integration Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing spatial models, machine learning techniques, and analysis of Geospatial Data and visualization for Digital Twin management.

Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of spatial models, machine learning techniques, and analysis of Geospatial Data and visualization for Digital Twin management
  • Data integration and optimization of 2D & 3D data for Digital Twin Application
  • Integration of BIM models in desktop & web GIS platforms
  • Formulation of Workflow for BIM-GIS Integration
  • Proficient knowledge of creating Spatial Data, maintaining data integrity and Establishing relations between datasets & complex datasets
  • Experience with ESRI software including ArcGIS Enterprise (Server, Portal, ArcGIS data store, Geo-Analytics server, Image Server), ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online
  • Data Translation using ETL tools to match the GIS Requirements
  • Knowledge of GEODB on RDBMS PostgreSQL/PostGIS will be an added advantage

Requirements:

  • Minimum 03 - 08 years of experience
  • Revit knowledge would be an added advantage

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all project phases.

Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic advice and updates on project progress.

Contribute to the development and implementation of design standards and processes within the organization
