Job Title: Identity Governance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Identity Governance Specialist to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Identity Governance & Administration Platforms, with a strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle, Privilege Management, and Integration with End-systems.

This role involves designing and implementing secure identity management solutions to meet the needs of our clients. As an Identity Governance Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with vendor SaaS-based platforms and in-house systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement secure identity management solutions using IGA and Administration platforms
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate IGA solutions with end-user systems
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of IGA features, including Access Reviews & Certifications and Segregation of Duties
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in identity governance

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in Identity Governance & Administration
  • Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle, Privilege Management, and Integration with End-systems
  • Experience in Application Development and infrastructure operations like server administration and network layer setup
  • Good to have: Knowledge or experience on other advanced IGA features like Access Reviews & Certifications, Segregation of Duties, and Leveraging AI to make better informed decisions wrt privilege management
