Job Title: Export Logistics Manager

We are seeking a skilled Export Logistics Manager to oversee the export delivery process and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire export delivery process, ensuring efficient handling of order processing and coordination with transportation logistics for export consignments.
  • Maintain effective communication and customer relations related to orders and deliveries.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in managing the order and delivery process within export logistics.
  • Experience of working in SAP, ERP is a must.
  • Knowledge of EU requirements and ICH guidelines is desired.
  • Proven experience in export trade coordination or related roles.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
