
Facility Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Facility Operations Manager to lead daily property operations and manage client activities for assigned properties or facilities. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in finance management.
Main Responsibilities- Property Management
- Implement building procedures, performance measures, and compliance protocols to ensure smooth operations.
- Promote best practices, develop processes, and enhance on-site operations.
- Maintain property safety by enforcing health and safety standards.
We prioritize building strong relationships with clients and proactively ensuring their expectations are met. As the primary point of contact for facilities-related concerns, you will coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with procurement processes and contract requirements.
