About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Specialist to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts working on critical projects. Your primary focus will be on analyzing business systems and processes, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing effective solutions.

Your expertise in business analysis elicitation techniques and excellent communication skills will enable you to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze data, develop potential solutions, and create detailed requirement documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Business Analysts working on high-priority projects
  • Analyze business systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to address business challenges
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data
  • Create detailed requirement documents, including user stories and business requirement documents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in business analysis, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a minimum of 15 years of full-time education.

You should also have good domain knowledge in Life Insurance and Pension, as well as experience in business analysis elicitation techniques.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Based on industry standards and the location of Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Pune, we estimate the salary for this role to be around ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum.
