Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR leader to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through people operations.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR programs to drive business outcomes
  • Lead the development and implementation of talent management strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of HR initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support to senior leaders on HR-related matters

Requirements:

  • 15-18 years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • At least 5+ years in a strategic HR leadership role in high-growth global SaaS or digital-first companies
  • Demonstrated success in leading HR digitization, C&B, succession planning, culture transformation
  • Experience in scaling global programs and working closely with CXOs & Business Leaders
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field from a Tier 1 institution
