Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the manufacturing, automotive, and EPC domains.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring compliance with ESI, PF, and statutory regulations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and job boards, to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our recruitment team.
Requirements:
  • B.Tech, B.E, MBA, or any relevant degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing, automotive, or EPC domains.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, including Naukri job board.
