About the Opportunity:

We are launching a cutting-edge B2B SaaS platform for enterprise catalog and order management. This product is designed to solve real and complex problems for mid-to-large-sized enterprises by combining deep domain knowledge with modern technology and user experience.

What You Will Do:

  1. Lead the development of our product from the ground up using ASP.NET Core and ReactJS.
  2. Own the full engineering charter, including architecture, security, scalability, and performance.
  3. Lead, hire, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
  4. Build strong technical foundations for integrating AI and LLM-based features such as intelligent product mapping, search, and decision support.
  5. Collaborate with product, design, and GTM teams to ensure alignment and rapid execution.
  6. Ensure fast, high-quality releases in a collaborative environment.
  7. Be part of the leadership team and contribute to business success beyond just engineering.

Requirements:

8 to 15 years of strong product engineering experience with a focus on ASP.Net Core and ReactJS.

Experience leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise SaaS applications at scale.

Strong architectural skills with the ability to make decisions that balance long-term scale with short-term speed.

Good understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), DevOps, and security best practices.

A learning mindset towards AI technologies, even if not deeply experienced yet.

High accountability, leadership maturity, and ability to thrive in a high-ownership environment.

Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with business and GTM leaders.
