Technology Strategist

We are looking for a seasoned Technology Strategist to drive our company's digital transformation and IT operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining the technology vision and roadmap, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the effective delivery of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to support business operations.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT products and services.
  • Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Oversee the integration of new technologies and systems into our existing IT environment.
Requirements:
  • At least 20 years of experience in IT/tech, preferably in retail organizations or services companies while managing end-to-end responsibilities for enterprises.
  • Experience in digital transformation for enterprises, spanning across business processes.
  • Familiarity with omnichannel systems and experience in establishing an IT governance model.
  • Ability to define and manage a futuristic IT architecture, spanning applications, data, and security.
  • Experience in DevOps transformation and process transformation.
  • Exposure to AI and automation technologies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
