We seek a visionary leader to head our IT function, driving innovation and growth through strategic technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software & Digital Transformation
    • Oversee software projects, mobile apps, and web platforms for seamless user experience.
    • Drive AI integration and digital innovation to expand ministry reach.
    • Manage API integrations, cloud-based platforms, and mobile apps.
    • Evaluate technology adoption decisions.
    • Stay ahead of latest tools and frameworks.
  • IT Infrastructure & Operations
    • Supervise IT infrastructure teams for server management, networks, and telecom systems.
    • Oversee Tele Prayer Tower systems ensuring high uptime and minimal call drops.
    • Ensure 24/7 connectivity across all Prayer Towers and remote teams.
    • Implement IT asset management and vendor negotiations.
  • Cybersecurity & Surveillance
    • Establish robust cybersecurity frameworks to protect prayer data and donor information.
    • Set up and manage cloud-based CCTV surveillance systems across 104 Prayer Towers.
    • Implement real-time alerting and incident response systems.
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and IT security regulations.
  • Database & Analytics
    • Lead database management teams for high-performance, secure, and scalable systems.
    • Design data-driven dashboards for partner engagement and outreach metrics.
    • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with Indian and international regulations.
  • Leadership & Collaboration
    • Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary IT team across India.
    • Partner with Prayer Tower leaders and Ministry operations to enable technology-driven solutions.
    • Build a culture of integrity, compassion, ownership, and collaboration within the IT department.
