Job Opportunity

The role of Chief of Staff to the Centre of Excellence Head is a challenging and exciting position that requires a high level of professionalism, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.

This is a full-time, hybrid contract role that involves assisting in strategic planning, managing special projects, and coordinating between internal business units. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, content creation, and operational management.

  • Lead the planning and delivery of multi-channel content programs to engage stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Run Agile workflows for content operations to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Enforce editorial quality standards to maintain a high level of excellence in all content produced.
  • Manage vendors and freelancers to achieve cost savings and improved service delivery.
  • Provide weekly status updates and stakeholder communications to keep everyone informed.

The key qualifications for this role include:
