Job Title: Deputy Business Head

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Director to spearhead our banqueting and catering operations, driving business growth through strategic planning, revenue enhancement, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the Business Head to develop and execute annual business plans, monthly forecasts, and expense control strategies.
  • Lead profit-and-loss reviews for specific channels or projects, providing in-depth analysis on cost drivers, budget adherence, and profitability.
  • Promote revenue growth across social, weddings, MICE, and hotel partnerships, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Implement event-level cost controls, proactively addressing financial variances and minimizing revenue leakage.
  • Manage receivables tracking, coordinate with finance teams for timely collections, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Contribute to Opex and Capex planning by gathering operational input and aligning infrastructure requirements for seamless event execution.
Required Skills:
  • Several years of progressive responsibility within large-scale banqueting/catering operations, including experience in P&L, sales, and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business data and implement solutions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with a focus on brand values and service quality.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, market trends, and luxury F&B standards.
