Main Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

AI/ML Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Experience with popular AI frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI services, such as AWS SageMaker and Google Cloud AI Platform.

Data Science & Analytics:

  • Proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to inform business decisions.
  • Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques.
  • Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to mentor and develop junior team members to achieve their full potential.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum 18+ years of experience in technology leadership, including 5+ years in AI product development.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand market trends and customer needs.
