AI Engineering Lead

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary AI Architect/Senior AI Specialist with over 10 years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, focusing on Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AIOps use cases and a strong technical background in leading AI-driven solutions across large-scale, production-ready systems.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
  • Over 10 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, specifically in ML, DL, NLP, and Generative AI applications
  • Proven expertise in AIOps use cases, including Predictive maintenance, Anomaly detection, Incident management
  • Strong proficiency in ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
  • Deep hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT or other transformer-based models
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools, Databricks, and cloud-based AI/ML services from Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional AI teams, mentor junior engineers and researchers, drive project delivery and innovation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (VALUABLE ASSETS):
  • Experience in AI solution architecture and enterprise-scale deployments
  • Familiarity with data governance, model explainability, and AI ethics
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications
