Role: AI Automation Expert

Job Overview:

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agents across departments using Microsoft Co-Pilot.

This role will play a key part in streamlining workflows, enhancing training, improving documentation access, and simulating real-world scenarios for role-based development and performance.

  • Design and Deploy AI Agents: Develop and implement AI agents tailored to departmental needs (Sales, HR, Marketing, Operations, etc.).
  • Automate Business Processes: Automate business processes and knowledge access through intelligent workflows and training support tools.
  • Develop Role-Play Simulations: Create interactive tools to assist in job-specific performance enhancement.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will be instrumental in building and scaling our enterprise AI capabilities over time.

Key Qualifications:

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in AI implementation, automation, and agent development.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Co-Pilot, including prompt engineering, agent creation, and workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of how AI tools can improve enterprise productivity and efficiency.
