About Our Assurance Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our Assurance team. As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading teams and engagements, preparing and reviewing work papers, and ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures.

Our Assurance professionals provide tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. We offer robust, transparent, and technology-driven processes to ensure globally consistent quality.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Has expert level knowledge of Assurance and accounting standards, including Ind AS/ IFRS and US GAAP.
  • Is skilled in report writing, able to compile presentations, memos, and relevant documents.
  • Has strong familiarity with financial statements and experience working on large complex engagements.
  • Can lead teams and handle areas and work allocated, including testing and Assurance procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams and Assurance engagements end to end.
  • Prepare and review Assurance work papers and ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures and also regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and supervise team members, including article staff, and coordinate with internal and external teams.
  • Participate in meetings with various teams and contribute to areas and responsibilities handled.
  • Ensure timely delivery as per defined timelines and compliance with engagement plans, internal quality & risk management procedures.
  • Take ownership and accountability of delivering all aspects of the Assurance engagement from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with teams, including experts and specialists involved in supporting delivery of Assurance engagements.
  • Take full responsibility of engagement deliverables and support the Engagement Partner in managing communications.
  • Cover coaching and managing team members, including facilitating on-the-job training.
