Are you an experienced professional in compensation and benefits seeking a challenging role where you can utilize your expertise to drive business success? We are looking for a skilled Compensation and Benefits expert to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a proven track record of aligning organizational practices with overall HR and organizational philosophy. Key responsibilities will include monitoring compensation structures, developing technology roadmaps, performing data analysis, consulting with senior leaders, and researching market data.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor compensation structure and maintain balance between compliance, cost control, and attracting and retaining staff.
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for market intelligence and annual planning.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis of key market intelligence indicators and interlock with stakeholders to support actionable market intelligence.
- Maintain enterprise-level focus on compensation management activities while understanding unique characteristics of state entities.
- Consult with and educate senior leaders and managers on the compensation philosophy, policies, and structures.
- Research and analyze market data to develop compensation structures, conduct ad-hoc analysis for business leaders, and perform general market pricing of jobs through salary surveys.
- Support the work of HR professionals within the CoE and the development of a truly global HR organization delivering clients and communities.
- Undertake job evaluations to ensure that differences in pay between those doing different jobs within the organization are fair and perceived as such.
- Prepare RFPs and shortlist vendors, ensuring timely completion of appraisal cycles/revision cycles.
