Compensation and Benefits Expert

This role involves working with the People, Organization, and Culture team to deliver high-quality compensation and benefits solutions tailored for clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing compensation structures, including pay ranges, pay mix, and benefits design.
  • Delivering annual pay review and bonus processes at client locations.
  • Ensuring statutory compliance and staying aware of market trends and developments.
  • Benchmarking compensation and benefits market trends and providing advisory services.
  • Job evaluation and leveling.
  • Managing annual compensation cycle budgets, execution, and management.
  • Presenting solutions and recommendations to clients and internal teams in a structured and articulate manner.
  • Conducting due diligence for renewals and trends analysis for employee wellness programs at client locations.
  • Coordinating with HR operations to implement programs in consultation with HR business partners.
  • Liaising with benefits vendors and working with other functions such as HR operations and finance to execute benefits programs at client locations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a compensation role, preferably with a mix of consulting and field experience.
  • Understanding of total rewards design principles and their application, along with associated business acumen.
  • Familiarity with one or more leading job evaluation frameworks.
  • Experience in conducting annual compensation cycles.
  • Engaging with and onboarding benefits vendors.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data and insights.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • University degree in HR, preferably with a Master's or MBA.
  • Relevant certifications from recognized professional bodies.
