Key Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Consultant to join our team.

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Compensation application

Job Description:

  1. Develop and implement Oracle Cloud Compensation application enhancements, including business process analysis, configuration, validation, system integration, and deployment.
  2. Lead end-to-end implementation and execution of Annual Workforce Compensation plan for 100 countries.
  3. Collaborate with technical teams to modify fast formulas or SQLs based on country-specific requirements.
  4. Resolve issues identified during CRPs and UAT.
  5. Work closely with data teams to ensure accurate employee data is loaded in the correct UDTs or External tables.
  6. Provide support on WFA related issues.
