Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud HCM specialist to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules. This role requires expertise in HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage deep knowledge of HR processes to implement Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Payroll (US), Time and Labour, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Core HR, and Talent Management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure Oracle Cloud Applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users, focusing on practical application of Oracle Cloud HCM features and functionality.
  • Partner with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM releases, identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
Requirements:
  • 5-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, with a strong focus on Payroll and related combinations.
  • Proven track record of leading RFP responses and collaborating with sales and technical teams to create compelling submissions.
  • Ability to map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, identifying functional fit/gaps and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in configuring Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, and Talent Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
