Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits module. This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of benefits processes, compliance with regulatory requirements, and an optimized employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement the Benefits module based on business requirements
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and design solutions
  • Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementation
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and support resources for end users
  • Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and company policies
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically the Benefits module
  • Strong understanding of benefits administration, eligibility rules, and plan configuration
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Oracle certification preferred but not required

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM and benefits administration, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
