About this opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Lead Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal configuration of Oracle Fusion Financial modules.

This role requires deep technical expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to guide teams through successful project delivery.

Location: Chennai

Job Type: Full-time

Mode of Work: Hybrid

Experience: 10+ years in Oracle Financials (5+ years in Oracle Cloud/Fusion)

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, IC, Tax, and Expenses. They should be knowledgeable about P2P, O2C cycles, FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI/BIP, Security Roles, and Workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design best-fit Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with offshore teams for efficient delivery.
  • Manage data migration using FBDI, ADFDI, and Spreadsheet Loaders.
  • Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, and provide expert guidance to clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in Oracle Financials, with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials.
  • 2-3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations (must-have).
  • Strong hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, IC, Tax, and Expenses.
  • Knowledge of P2P, O2C cycles, FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI/BIP, Security Roles, and Workflows.
