Cloud Systems Administrator Job Description

This is a key position that will be responsible for administering and managing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading full Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects, designing and implementing user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud Security, and working with internal staff, third-party vendors, and Oracle to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  1. Administer and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM applications.
  2. Lead full Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects.
  3. Design and implement user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud Security.
  4. Work with internal staff, third-party vendors, and Oracle to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules.
  5. Monitor and maintain the reliability, integrity, and recoverability of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
  6. Develop and implement KPIs and metrics reports and dashboards to view and monitor service details and notifications.
  7. Assist technical team members in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud instance configurations and enterprise applications.
  8. Document system requirements and process flows.
  9. Design and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery processes.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of overall ERP administration experience.
  • 3+ years of experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications ERP, EPM & OTM.
  • Experience in at least one implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP).
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is mandatory.
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate/Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate or similar certifications related to Oracle Fusion Cloud is preferred.
  • Exceptional English communication skills with all levels of an organization are required.
