Seeking HCM Cloud Expert for Strategic Role

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead end-to-end HCM implementations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and their data flow, as well as expert working experience in Core HR & ORC Modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex HCM projects from initiation to delivery, focusing on client satisfaction and project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to functional challenges and technical issues.
  • Mentor junior team members in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live phases.
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve functional issues and deliver high-quality results.

The successful candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating skills, as well as organizational awareness and sensitivity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of delivering successful HCM implementations.
  • Expertise in HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex functional issues and develop effective solutions.
