Job Title: Cloud HCM Technical Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud HCM Technical Consultant to join our team. As a technical consultant, you will be responsible for delivering the technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud systems.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in HCM technical consulting and a strong understanding of at least two HCM modules, including Core HR. They will also possess knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing HCM extracts for reporting, analysis, and integration with other systems
  • Developing reports using BI Publisher
  • Performing data conversion using HDL
  • Developing fast formulas, performing page personalizations and customizations using VBS, and migrating existing page personalizations to Redwood using VBS
  • Developing integrations using REST APIs
  • Preparing and submitting technical documentation
  • Participating in requirement collection discussions with business
  • Managing integration between HCM Cloud and external applications or systems within the organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience as a HCM technical consultant
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
